Eurocash operated two disconnected apps for deliveries and in-person shopping, creating a fragmented digital experience that needed to be unified.
Eurocash Group is the largest wholesale distributor of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) in Poland. They provide comprehensive supply chain solutions, keeping thousands of independent grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and hotels stocked.
Previously, the company operated entirely separate applications: one for ordering deliveries and another for the Cash & Carry halls. These apps had disconnected customer databases, distinct navigation models, and different user experiences.
The objective was to design a unified platform encompassing web, desktop, iOS, and Android applications. The project was carried out by the design team at the mohi.to agency, where I was the core contributor, handling the majority of the design tasks and tracking the most hours throughout the project.

We started by analyzing the user research provided by Eurocash and the feature scope planned for the MVP.
From there, we looked at each group’s needs and patterns, using insights from analytics and Hotjar to shape a clearer information architecture and a more intuitive navigation model.
The new layouts needed to support very different content types — from regulator-driven datasets presented in tables to more consumer-oriented, food-industry visuals and editorial content. At the same time, the site had to communicate the company story in a way that feels professional, engaging, and easy to browse.
After defining the structure through wireframes (page hierarchy, content overview, and key layout patterns), I developed a refreshed UI aligned with the brand guidelines. Clarity, Scandinavian minimalism, and generous whitespace became the foundation of MOWI’s updated visual language.

The resulting interface supports both large desktop screens and compact mobile views, while keeping the experience consistent and straightforward.
